Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and relevance for model training.
- Implement and optimise algorithms for performance and scalability in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools for projects.
- Monitor and maintain existing AI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior team members in best practices for AI and ML development.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate model accuracy and effectiveness.
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement initiatives within the team.
- Contribute to the development of AI ethics guidelines within the organisation.

Qualifications
<p>- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, with strong knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment and scaling of ML applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
