Responsibilities

- Analyse production data and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain equipment and facility to ensure operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximising productivity.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, promoting innovation and best practices within the factory.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in manufacturing processes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on production performance and key metrics.</p>
