JobsNext may provide automated and AI-assisted tools for profile-to-job matching, candidate analysis, recommendations, job and assessment content, assessment or interview analysis, market insights, and related recruitment support.

By requesting or using one of these features, you authorise JobsNext to process the relevant content and account information needed to provide it in accordance with the Privacy Policy. JobsNext may use service providers to perform parts of this processing.

Outputs such as match indicators, summaries, suggested skills or gaps, generated questions, and response analysis are decision-support tools. Employers and recruitment agencies must apply genuine human review and remain responsible for shortlisting, assessment, interview, and hiring decisions. They must not rely on protected attributes, sensitive information, or information unrelated to a person's ability to perform the role.

A user who believes source information or an analysis result is inaccurate may update their profile, ask JobsNext to correct information it holds, or raise the concern using the contact details below.

Abuse or excessive misuse of AI features may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
