Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions to meet client needs and enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. - Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough testing to ensure software reliability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and continuously improving coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate best practices into development processes. - Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications. - Assist in the development of APIs and integration with third-party services and applications. - Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between software development and business objectives. - Implement security measures and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in software development, particularly in Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. - Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a team. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and contribute innovative ideas. - A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
