Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst at CM Motors:** - Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations to present data findings in a clear and engaging manner. - Conduct thorough market research to support product development and marketing initiatives. - Utilise statistical methods to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations. - Assist in data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. - Implement predictive analytics to forecast sales trends and customer behaviour. - Monitor industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously enhance analytical processes. - Provide training and support to team members on data tools and methodologies. - Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of data-related projects. - Collaborate with IT teams to optimise database performance and data retrieval processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the automotive sector. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. - Familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders. - Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance in Australia. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
